The Sims 4 Update 1.52 Patch Notes (Official) – February 15, 2022
The Sims 4 update 1.52 is now available to download on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official Sims 4 1.52 patch notes, the latest update includes some bug fixes and updates in preparation for the release of the My Wedding Stories Gameplay Pack in two days. Apart from this, Sims 4 patch 1.52 also includes various stability and performance improvements.
Previously, a big update added The Carnaval Streetwear Kit and various changes to the game.
Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues while playing the game. Today’s Sims 4 version 1.52 will fix a few of these issues.

What’s new?
Are your Sims looking for love? Or maybe they have already found them? With this update, your Sims will get a new relationship option in Create a Sim. Sims can start as “engaged” if you set the relationship status to “fiancé” or “fiancé.” With this new relationship option, your Sims can enjoy the soon-to-be-released My Wedding Stories Gameplay Pack to the fullest.
Do you like weddings? What about building? If you like both, we have the right thing for you! There is a new type of property called “Wedding Venue” that can be created by anyone who owns The Sims 4. Love knows no bounds, and so it is with wedding venues.
The radio station “World Radio” is now available to everyone, and four new songs have been added for My Wedding Stories. The previous songs of the radio station “World Radio” are still part of the original pack, but everyone can enjoy the new songs as part of the base game. Plus, the perfect love song from the My Wedding Stories trailer is now available on the Romance channel so you can listen to it over and over again.
In addition, there are a few updates for Create a Sim object for all players. To support My Wedding Stories, we’ve added a few new objects and additional color samples to the older ones. New properties include a bindi, a full-body swim outfit for toddlers, and a French-style nail polish. We’ve updated 10 properties for Sims of different ages and genders with new colors:

In Build mode, you’ll also notice that the color selection for the two wedding bows from the base game and the pergola has been expanded.
What is fixed in Sims 4 1.52 Changelog (1.84.171.1030)?
- Male Celebrity Sims will no longer use the feminine walking or jogging walk style unless that’s what you prefer them to do.
- Clicking on a Sim’s face in Create a Sim will take you to the general Face, Hair or Accessories selection mode now instead of taking you to the Detail Edit Mode straight away. Sims do also deserve a little personal space. ?
- Improved performance when switching from Live to Build Mode in certain cases.
- Fences should no longer disappear when hovering a gate over them after using the bb.moveobjects cheat.
- Playing with Genetics in Create a Sim will no longer generate Teens with crow’s feet skin details. There are so many things that teenagers worry about – crow’s feet shouldn’t be one of those things.
- Error 142: 9a63747c should no longer appear in future saves when loading certain lots.
- Sim can move or travel to lots after returning from a concert now without getting stuck in the Manage World screen.
- Selecting the yfHair_SP19CurlyUndercut_Red hair style for your Sim in Create a Sim will no longer apply the color of the hair to the Sim’s eyelashes.
- Children should have matching eye colors of their parents now if both parents have purple or red eyes.
- Some players reported an error saying “Entitlement missing” when attempting to move or delete walls of Lots placed from the Gallery. This error should no longer occur.
- Obese Sims’ upper bodies should no longer shrink in size when zooming out while wearing specific outfits (ymTop_EF15ShirtCollared & yfBody_SP16Pajama).
- Turning off the console legend option in the game options menu will now properly hide controller hints from time control and Sim selectors.
- Long nails no longer poke through the gloves of certain outfits.
- Fixed some issues that may cause an endless loading screen when attempting to load certain lots or saves.
- The Create a Sim interface was a little slow when loading thumbnails and color swatches in the hair section. We made some tweaks, and the images should load much faster now.
- There was a funky toddler thumbnail displayed under the Accessories section for toddlers. This thumbnail did not serve any purpose and has been removed. Enough funk for you, sneaky toddler.
- Heeled shoes no longer appear glitched while wearing ymBottom_EF28JeansSkinTight pants.
- The top yfTop_EP08CardiganButtonup is now displayed correctly in combination with boots.
- The dress yfBody_GP10DressSuspender_SquareNavy no longer leads to discoloration in certain shoes.
- The GP10SkinnyJeanFlanel pants now look perfect in combination with boots.
- The size of the pants ymBottom_GP10WorkPants can now be changed correctly for male Sims.
- The filter for the mid-century style now includes objects from all packs and not only from dreamlike interior design.
- If during the execution of an interior design order was switched from Construction and Purchase mode to Live mode and back to Build and Purchase mode, the amount of Simoleons already spent was not deducted from the customer’s budget. This bug has been fixed and the customer budget includes all simoleons spent.
- We fixed a bug where Batuu loans were incorrectly listed as Simoleons in the household coffers.
- Bizarre fruits can now be harvested on Bizarre Plants. ĐI€ ΜUŦŦ€Ř … ŘUFŦ ΜIĆĦ …
- Sims with the ambition “Self-Care Specialist” can now easily harvest crops.
- There was a difference in the advantage points displayed for business owners in the “Own operation” menu and the advantage points displayed under “Restaurant benefits”. The “My Operation” menu now displays the correct number of remaining advantage points.
- In toddlers, a bald spot no longer appears on the head when they wear hairstyles from tiny houses. Hair clippers should be kept out of the reach of young children.
- For some plants from the Flowering Rooms set, the shadows were displayed incorrectly. This bug has been fixed.
- The trousers ymBottom_SP24ShortsTied and ymBottom_SP24PantsLayered no longer overlap when combined with boots.
- The “Paradisiacal Star” fountain is now available in the Build and Purchase Mode catalog when the Sets filter is applied.

- Blue rain and ivy plants placed in a room on walls were depicted too dark in some places. We gave these plants some light, and they should look much better now. ?
- The subsoil of Evergreen Harbor’s properties should now be mapped correctly when accessed via Build Mode, and the world should no longer look as if it were under water.
