A new Sons Of The Forest update 2 is available on PC(Steam). According to the official Sons Of The Forest patch notes, the latest update addressed a bug where you could die when going down cave slides. Apart from this, Sons Of The Forest patch 2 also includes stability fixes.
Previously, a major Sons of the Forest update 2 added a new cave to explore, and a new boss monster to the ending along with more lore and tons of fixes and improvements. Unfortunately, players are still facing various bugs in the game. Today’s Sons Of The Forest update 1 will resolve a few of these issues.

Sons Of The Forest Patch Notes – March 24, 2023
- Fixed the issue where you could die when going down cave slides.
- Linked volume of boss monster intro sting to audio slider settings.
- Reverted change to storage saving, they will now functions as before. We will reimplement this fix once we have a better solution for replenishing items.
