Omega Force has released Wild Hearts update 1.004 details for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S players. According to the official Wild Hearts patch notes, the update brings quality-of-life changes and fixes. Apart from this, the Wild Hearts patch 1.004 also includes performance improvements.
Recently, day 1 patch added minor tweaks and changes to the game. Unfortunetly, since the release, players are still facing various bug fixes and stuttering issues. Wild Hearts version 1.004.000 will fix a few of these issues.

Wild Hearts 1.004 Patch Notes
- A CPU threading issue has been fixed. We are seeing significantly improved performance on high end PC’s.
- AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX visual artefacts fixed. Also added the option to turn off reflections in the settings menu.
- The default resolution when launching the game for the first time will now be 1080p. If you are running the game comfortably at higher resolutions, you can continue to do so and select alternate resolutions from the settings menu.
- Additional stability and bug fixes
