Rainbow Six Siege (R6) Update 2.22 Patch Notes

Rainbow Six Siege update 2.22 (1.000.026) for PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox One is now available to download. According to the official R6 Siege 2.22 patch notes, the latest update added a new Map (Emerald Plains) to the game. Additionally, today’s Rainbow Six Siege version 2.22 (1.026) also includes various balancing, fixes and more.

Previously, a big update Y7S1 added a new operator, balancing, tweaks, and fixes. Recently, a hotfix Y7S1.2 added a new Map (Emerald Plains) to the game.

R6 Update 2.22 Patch Notes – May 10, 2022

Gameplay

• Addressed an issue where Blackbeard mounted shield can block Stun Grenades.
• Addressed an issue where defenders gadgets become indestructible after being downed or killed while holding the gadget.
• Fixed a bug where gadgets are indestructible after getting pushed while holding the gadget in hands.

Operators

• Addressed an issue where Amaru can’t use Garra Hook to get to the top of the left tower of Emerald Plains

UI

• Fixed a bug where operator Portrait is not equipped after purchasing a bundle and pressing the “Equip All” button.
• Addressed an issue where crosshair will become a white dot in multiple conditions for Montagne.
• Fixed the camera issues during match replay on Emerald Plains.
