A new Hadean Tactics update 0.3.37 released on PC (Steam). According to the official Hadean Tactics patch notes, the latest hotfix brings some minor changes to the game.
Previously, a big update added a long list of quality of life improvements and fixes. Unfortunately, since the release, players are facing several issues.

Hadean Tactics Patch Notes (September 29, 2021)
Addressed a bug where sometimes Forsaken not being playable when cost requirement is met.
Fixed a bug where sometimes tooltip for unit skill not showing up on the draft panel.
Addressed a bug where Macaw Harpy not having the right amount of options when being upgraded.
