A new GT7 update 1.08 (1.080.000) is now available on PS4 and PS5. According to the official GT7 1.08 patch notes, the latest hotfix addressed missing cars and progress issue in the World Map. GT7 patch 1.08 download size is around 354MB.
Previously, a major update added various new changes, new features, and bug fixes. Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are still experiencing network connection issues with the game.

Addressed a bug where the lineup of cars would not appear in the Used Cars and Legend Cars dealerships.
Addressed a bug where the game would not progress to the World Map, making it impossible to play.
Addressed network connection improvements.
Added fixes for various game crashing issues.
General performance improvements.
Other minor bug fixes.
