BeamNG.drive update 0.27.1 is available on PC (Steam). According to the official BeamNG.drive patch notes, the latest update resolves issues related to vehicles, levels, gameplay and much more.

Since the last patch, players are facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s BeamNG.drive patch 0.27.1 will fix a few of these issues.

Gameplay

  • Fixed issues with vehicles and parts becoming invisible when using the Vehicle Config UI, particularly when toggling the visibility of parts using the “eye” icons
  • Gas Stations in Freeroam now have their own setting and can be enabled independently from mission markers
  • Bonus Stars are now hidden in Map view if the mission doesn’t have any
  • Fixed an issue where during a spawn point selection of the map, the displayed size units did not match the unit system set in options
  • Implemented changes to the score system of Crawl Missions to better resemble the real life score system

UI

  • Added sound to Set Route button on Big Map
  • Fixed visibility of Progress history text on loading screens (it wasn’t readable with new images)
  • Fixed ordering of traffic selections in the radial menu
  • Updated Chinese and Russian translations
  • Fixed console errors when opening Vehicle Selector

Rendering

  • Fixed an issue with light flares when lower texture settings are selected

  • vehicle:getMeshAlpha(mesh) now returns -1 if input mesh string is not found

Lua

  • Optimized UI interface for JATO and NOS buttons
  • Optimized acceleration behavior with one-pedal driving logic
  • Fixed an issue that might cause the loading screen to remain visible
