Assetto Corsa Competizione update 1.007.010 released on PS5 and Xbox Series X. According to the official ACC patch notes, the latest hotfix added a long list of bug fixes and gameplay changes. Apart from this, ACC update 1.007.010 also includes stability fixes.
Previously, an update was released which added free BMW M4 GT3 2022 and sim racing improvements.
Unfortunately, players are still experiencing problems with the game. Today’s Assetto Corsa Competizione patch 1.007.010 will fix a few of these issues. Read the full details below.
ACC update 1.007.010 Patch Notes
PlayStation 5 Fixes
- Improved the throttle deadzone UI with sliders to enhance clarity.
- Boot Sequence – Unreal Engine logo displayed as ACC thumbnail in PS5 menu and twice during boot sequence.
- Better Private Lobby connection management.
- Bindable LT/RT(L2/R2) wheel triggers.
- Improved the CSL Elite and DD Pro to allow for stronger FFB.
- Bronze/Silver/Gold trophies fix.
- Global – Area close to the outer pitwall on track is recognised as pitlane area.
- BMW M4 – Headlight beam does not light up environment far in front, this is now fixed.
- A core dump was generated when the guest user exits “multiplayer” mode in the Japanese version of ACC
- UI – Setting AI number to 30 still triggered unused CPU usage warning message, this is fixed.
- Championship – Fixed being unable to resume saved British GT championship from the main menu.
- Crash – Application crashed when attempting to join a CP server where the track is from a DLC which is not owned by the account.
- Traces are visible behind the vehicle when accelerating.
- Multiplayer – Fixed the missing forced DSQ when relevant penalties have been incurred.
- Multiplayer – Fixed the issue where starting as a spectator in a private lobby caused button functionality change in MP and SP.
- Fixed the inconsistency between the amount of time selected and actual time shown of Free Practice in a Private Lobby.
- Multiplayer – User does not transition to a Private Lobby when accepting an invite while in a Single Player session.
- Fixed issue where the throttle input cuts out when opening the “Car electronics” menu while driving.
- Audio – The intro sequence music overlaps the menu music upon starting the tile.
- Multiplayer – Lap counter was frequently not functional.
- Rear view mirror visuals have been improved
Xbox Series X/S Fixes
- Improved the throttle deadzone UI with sliders to enhance clarity.
- Better Private Lobby connection management.
- Bindable LT/RT(L2/R2) wheel triggers.
- Improved the CSL Elite and DD Pro to allow for stronger FFB
- Modify FFB on Thrustmaster wheels.
- Global – Area close to the outer pitwall on track is recognised as pitlane area.
- BMW M4 – Headlight beam does not light up environment far in front, this is now fixed.
- Players are returned to the front end when accepting an invite to a custom session during matchmaking to public session.
- UI – Setting AI number to 30 still triggers unused CPU usage warning message, this is fixed.
- Crash – A fix to stop persistent crashes for client users when quitting a private lobby via the pause menu has been added.
- Championship – Fixed being unable to resume saved British GT championship from the main menu.
- Title Quality for Submission: The title toggles the Mute Voice Chat setting when selecting Start As Driver in a Private Multiplayer Lobby, preventing the user from proceeding into active gameplay.
- Title Stability: Game crashed when sign out change occurs.
- Crash – Application crashed when attempting to join a CP server where the track is from a DLC which is not owned by the account.
- BMW M4 GT3 – Changed the missing images of car in setup menu.
- Crash – One-off crash when scrolling through the track selection list in Private Lobby.
- HUD/Multiplayer – The HUD was replaced with end-of-session message widget at expiry of main session timer even though a user was on a valid flying qualifying lap.
- Multiplayer – Fixed the missing forced DSQ when relevant penalties have been incurred.
- Multiplayer – Fixed the issue where starting as spectator in a private lobby causes button functionality change in MP and SP.
- Fixed the inconsistency between the amount of time selected and actual length of Free Practice in a Private Lobby.
- Multiplayer – The user did not transition to a Private Lobby when accepting an invite while in a Single Player session.
- Profiling mode warning did not disappear from screen after enabling profiling mode.
- Audio – The intro sequence music overlaps the menu music upon starting the tile.
- Multiplayer – Lap counter was frequently not functional.
- Rear view mirror visuals have been improved
