Ark Survival Evolved Update 2.80 Patch Notes for PS4 & Xbox One

A new Ark Survival Evolved update 2.80 is rolling out on PS4(704.7) and Xbox One. According to the official ARK Survival Evolved 2.80 patch notes, the latest update resolves issues related to crashes and exploits. Apart from this, Ark version 2.80 also includes performance improvements.

Previously, a major Ark Fjordur update added a cold and hostile Norse-inspired archipelago to the latest map, featuring four new creatures. Recently, a hotfix addressed game save issues on PlayStation.

Unfortunately, some players are still facing issues with the game. Today’s ARK Survival Evolved patch 2.80 will fix a few of these issues.

• Fixed gamepad issues while mounted
• Addressed Desmodus issues while using Simplified Chinese
• Fixed an exploit
• Fixed a crash
• Fixed a cooldown on defecation
• Server administrators can enable and disable the biome teleport in Fjordur with the server config option:
  UseFjordurTraversalBuff=true/false
