Respawn has released a new Apex update 2.16 on PS4, (PS5 version 1.000.029), PC, and Xbox. According to the official Apex 2.16 patch notes, the latest update resolves stability issues with the game. Apart from this, today’s Apex version 2.16 also includes gameplay performance improvements.

Previously, a major Apex 2.14 update added Spellbound limited-time mode. Recently, Apex Legends update 2.15 added the new limited-time mode Hardcore Royale, all-new Apex skins, and more. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing a number of issues with the game. Today’s Apex patch 2.16 will fix a few of these issues.

Apex 2.16 Patch Notes – February 2, 2023

  • Fixed an issue where players getting UI Images error when playing Olympus.
  • Fixed an issue where players at certain ranks not receiving the correct ranked rewards for certain seasons.
  • Addressed a bug where players that buy Apex Coins don’t get an updated Coin balance until they restart the game.
  • Added stability and performance fixes.
  • Other minor tweaks.
