Wild Hearts patch 1.004 update is now available on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S players. According to the official Wild Hearts 1.04 patch notes, the update resolves issues related to CPU threading, AMD CPUs, resolution issue, and other bugs. Apart from this, Wild Hearts update 1.004 also includes stability fixes.
Recently, day 1 patch added minor tweaks and changes to the game. Unfortunetly, since the release, players are still facing various bug fixes and stuttering issues. Wild Hearts version 1.004.000 will fix a few of these issues.

Wild Hearts 1.04 Patch Notes – February 21, 2023
- Fixed a CPU threading issue.
- Fixed the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX visual artefacts.
- Added the option to turn off reflections in the settings menu.
- Changed the default resolution when launching the game for the first time to 1080p.
- Additional stability and bug fixes
- Addressed the audio de-sync issues. Rebooting the game will often remedy the problem.
- Fixed the rare PS5 crash when booting the game.
- Added performance improvements.
- Addressed stuttering issues.
